FlojetShop - Returns

If you find on delivery that the goods you have purchased from FLOJETshop are:

  • damaged
  • faulty
  • not what you ordered

please notify us by email within 3 working days of delivery.

We will do our best to put matters right without delay.

To assist you, we need to know:

  • your name
  • the date of purchase
  • the order reference number from your invoice or your order acknowledgement.

  • If for any other reason you wish to return goods you have bought from us, please follow this process. At our discretion and subject to our inspection we may be prepared to accept the return of goods for credit. We normally make a handling charge.

We will only accept goods that are returned to us:

  • with our prior consent
  • unused, complete, unmarked and undamaged, in their original packaging
